Day of Corrdination

Your assigned day of coordinator will follow your final wedding day timeline, be present for your walk through ceremony rehearsal ,remain onsite to greet your vendors, help set up decor, run your ceremony, and ensure that your wedding day is running exactly as you planned.

Our Six month and two month phone calls leading up to your wedding help us to successfully execute your wedding and allow you to relax and enjoy the day

STEP One:
Halfway check-in. With a phone call we will discuss everything you have created thus far and answer any questions you may have. Then we will create a to do list for the next half.

STEP Two:
Final Review where we meet in person 30 days out to go over all the final details and fine-tune your timeline.

STEP Three
You made it! I Relax while the Aster Team works behind the scenes to pull all of your details together.
